1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UrbanCube Mart website (www.urbancubemart.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2 Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate; however, we do not guarantee that all information will always be error-free. In the event of a pricing or product error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order.

3 Orders & Payment

• Orders are accepted only through our website.
• Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
• We accept secure card payments, bank transfer and supported payment options available at checkout.
• You will receive an order confirmation once your payment is verified.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a refund may be issued where applicable.

4 Delivery

• Lagos: estimated 1–2 business days.
• Outside Lagos: estimated 3–5 business days.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
• UrbanCube Mart is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed over to the delivery carrier.

5 Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for confirmed website orders only. Pickup instructions will be provided after order confirmation. Orders not collected within the stated pickup period may be cancelled or restocked.

6 Returns & Complaints

If you have a complaint about your order, you must notify us with clear evidence within 24 hours of receiving your goods. Evidence may include photos, videos or other details that clearly show the issue.

Please note that we do not cover logistics fees for returns unless otherwise stated by our team. Customers may be responsible for the cost of returning item(s) to us.

7 Limitation of Liability

UrbanCube Mart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

8 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

9 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
